Start with Rice Krispies
Treats, add some licorice shoelaces and a few Swedish fish, and what do you
have? Why sushi, of course! Residents and Connections associates
recently busied themselves whipping up these extra sweet,
"fishy" treats for a taste of something new. Creating art in its many
forms--including the culinary arts--is always embraced at Brookline, and when
last minute plans changed for a guest chef appearance, associates' creativity
swung into full gear and the idea of candy sushi creations was born! And while
these delectable delights may not rate an A+ for nutritional value, they
certainly served to nurture the spirit of life in a whole different way. Yum!
